Oven Baked Breaded Chicken
Portion Size: 6 oz. chicken with bones and sauce or 4 oz. boneless with sauce

| 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs | |
| 1 cup light mayonnaise | |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice | |
| 1 teaspoon paprika | |
| ½ cup nonfat milk |

| 1 | Pre heat oven at 350 degrees F. | |
| 2 | Dry chicken pieces. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and milk in a deep dish; Combine paprika and breadcrumbs in a separate deep dish. | |
| 3 | Place chicken pieces in mayonnaise mixture one at a time and toss to coat. Coat with breadcrumbs and place on baking sheet. | |
