Plum Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
16 oz. jar plum jam
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes(optional)
½ teaspoon ground ginger

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine jam vinegar, brown sugar, dried onion, red pepper, garlic and ginger.
2Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from heat
3Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve
