Sesame Ginger Chicken

Portion Size:  4 ounces chicken with sauce 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons oil
2 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breastsCut into bite size pieces. 
4 green onions Wash, trim and cut into thin strips including tops.
For gluten free (GF): Use GF soy sauce. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1In a small bowl; combine the first six ingredients; set aside.
2Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces.  Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 
3Pour sauce over chicken. Garnish with onions.
