Sautéed Chicken Liver in Onions

2 Pounds chicken livers 
Flour 
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper 
1 Large onion sliced 
For gluten free (GF): Use GF flour. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1Coat liver on both sides with flour, salt, and pepper.
2Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
3Brown liver on both sides.
4Add onions and sauté.
