Turkey Breakfast Burrito

| 1 (20-ounce) package Lean Ground Turkey | |
| 1 teaspoons onion powder | |
| 1 teaspoons garlic powder | |
| 1 teaspoons paprika | |
| ½ teaspoon pepper | |
| 2 cups egg substitute | |
| 1 green bell pepper | Wash, trim and dice |
| 1 red bell pepper, | Wash, trim and dice |
| 1 (15-ounce) can black beans | Drained and rinsed |
| 8 whole wheat tortillas | |
| 1 cup salsa |

| 1 | Put ground turkey in mixing bowl. Add onion powder, garlic, paprika and pepper; mix thoroughly. | |
| 2 | Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight | |
| 3 | Pre-heat non-stick skillet to medium-high and coat lightly with cooking spray. Add egg substitute; stir well. | Cook until temperature reaches 165°F. |
