Turkey Caprese Sandwich on Ciabatta Rolls

8 Lettuce leaves | Washed. |
2 Large tomatoes | Washed, trimmed and sliced. |
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar | |
8 Ciabatta Rolls | May use whole grain. |
¼ cup sliced fresh basil | |
1 Avocado (optional) | Washed, peeled, seed removed and sliced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice | |
3 tablespoons olive oil | |
¼ teaspoon salt | |
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper |
