Ingredients Notes: 
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
For gluten free (GF): No changes. Check all ingredients to ensure they are gluten free.

1In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, ginger, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper until well blended.
2Heat a skillet over medium high heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
3Form turkey into patties.
4Add to pan and heat until brown and turn over
5Heat until internal temperatures reaches 165°F
6Drain on wire rack and serve
