Waldorf Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

1 cup diced celeryWashed, trimmed and diced. 
3 cups diced applesWashed, cored and diced
1/2 cup unsalted walnut or pecansChopped
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
8 lettuce leavesWashed and trimmed.
