Broccoli Cheese Quiche (not vegan)

1 | Beat eggs and milk. | |
2 | Add pinch of nutmeg. | |
3 | Layer broccoli and cheese in unbaked pie shell. | |
4 | Pour egg mixture over broccoli. | |
5 | Bake at 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. | |
6 | Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook until custard is set. | About 35 to 45 minutes |
