Banana Berry Fruit Smoothie

Portion Size: 1 1/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 1 serving

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 banana
1/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
2/3 cups vanilla or strawberry lowfat yogurt
1 t. Honey
