White Bean Garlic Skillet

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cans no added salt white beansDrained and rinsed
¼ cup olive oil 
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
½ teaspoon saltTo taste
½ teaspoon pepperTo taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. 
2Add beans, salt and pepper
3Stir in lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and parsley before serving. 

Serve over toasted crispy whole grain bread.
