Fresh Salsa

| 2 cloves garlic, minced | Washed, peeled and minced |
| 1 (4-ounce) can green chilies, chopped | Drained. |
| 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded, deveined, and minced or1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper | (optional) |
| Juice of 1 lime | Washed and juiced |
| 2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar | |
| 1 tablespoon olive oil | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional) | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano (optional) |
