1 clove garlic, minced | |
1 tablespoon olive oil | |

1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds |

1 | Blend garbanzo beans, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and tahini in a food processor. If necessary add extra water until the smooth consistency is achieved | |
2 | Mix until well blended. Refrigerate. |
