1/4 cup olive oil | Or vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon garlic salt | |

Optional additional herbs to rub: dried thyme, minced rosemary, fresh minced garlic. |

1 | Season Meat with garlic salt and pepper | |
2 | Heat oil to medium high heat. | |
3 | Add beef slices | |
4 | Cook for 2 minutes until slightly brown | |
5 | Turn slices and cook until brown | Heat to at least 145 degree with 4 minute rest |
6 | Serve immediately. |
