Taco Pasta

1 teaspoon chili powder | |
2 teaspoons cumin | |
1-16 oz. pasta | Prepare according directions |
1 small onion, chopped | Wash, peel and chop |
1 cup fat free milk | |
1 cup light sour cream | |
2 cans (14 oz.) of low sodium tomato sauce | |
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese |

1 | Brown ground beef with onion. Drain excess fat. | |
2 | Prepare pasta according to directions on package. Drain. | |
3 | Combine ground beef, pasta, chili powder, cumin, milk, sour cream, and tomato sauce. | |
4 | Pour mixture into a baking dish. | |
5 | Sprinkle cheese on top. | |
6 | Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds |
