French Dip Sandwich

| 1 pound cooked and sliced lean deli roast beef | |
| 8 oz. Shredded Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese | |
| 14 oz. can reduced sodium beef broth | |
| 1 tablespoon light soy sauce | |
| ½ teaspoon garlic powder |

| 1 | In a sauce pan heat beef broth, soy sauce and garlic. Heat over medium high heat until boils. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes | |
| 2 | Add beef to broth and heat through. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds |
| 3 | Place 2 oz. beef on each roll. Top with cheese. Serve immediately |
