| 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard |

| 1 | In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, ginger, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper until well blended. | |
| 2 | Heat a skillet over medium high heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray. | |
