Cranberry Molded Salad
Portion Size: 1/2 cup

| 2 envelopes plain gelatin | |
| 3/4 cup sugar | |
| 1 tablespoon lemon juice | Washed, zest and juiced |
| Juice of 1 orange | Washed, zest and juiced |
| 1 cup raw ground cranberries | Washed and ground. |
| Zest of 1 orange | |
| 1 teaspoon zest lemon | |
| 1/2 cup crushed pineapple | Use juice packed canned. |
| 1 cup chopped celery | Washed, trimmed and chopped |

| 1 | Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water. | |
| 2 | Add pineapple, sugar, lemon, and orange juices. | |
