Orange Onion Salad

| 8 oranges | Washed, peeled and diced. |
| 1 large sweet onion or red onion | Washed, peeled and sliced thin |
| 1/3 cup French dressing or Italian dressing | See recipe in cookbook |
| 8 lettuce leaves (optional garnish) | Washed and trimmed. |
