Caesar Salad

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
( 8 cups)1 large head romaine lettuceWashed, trimmed and torn into bite size pieces
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup light Caesar salad dressing
1 cup flavored croutons
1 large tomatoWashed and trimmed Cut into wedges
For gluten free (GF): Use GF croutons and GF Caesar dressing.  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a large bowl, tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Add parmesan cheese, salad dressing, and croutons.  
2Toss until well coated.  Garnish with tomato wedges.
