Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Bake

| 2 lbs. cooked ham, sliced | |
| 1 (10 oz.) package chopped broccoli, thawed | |
| 2 tablespoons margarine or butter | |
| 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour | |
| 1 cup nonfat milk | |
| 4 cups cooked rice | Use brown or white rice |
| 1 cup light sour cream | |
| ½ cup bread crumbs | |
| 1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded |

| 1 | Pre heat oven to 350°F. | |
| 2 | In a large saucepan, melt margarine or butter and add flour. Cook 1 minute. | |
| 3 | Stir in milk. Bring to boil and reduce heat to low. Stirring constantly. | |
| 4 | Add cheese and stir. Cook 1 minute. | |
| 5 | Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and broccoli | |
| 6. | Arrange ham slices on bottom of baking dish. Top with broccoli mixture and then bread crumbs. | |
| 7. | Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 °F. Let stand for about 10 minutes. |
