Boiled Potatoes

Portion Size: 1 potato

Ingredients Notes: 
8 medium potatoesWashed and pared. 
½ teaspoon salt 
3 tablespoons margarine (optional)
¼ teaspoon pepper

1Wash and pare potatoes. 
2Cut into six sections. 
3In a medium sauce pan, cover with water and cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. 
4Drain potatoes in a colander. 
5Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and margarine. Internal temperature 135 F.
