Cheese Potato Wedge

Portion Size: ½ cup

Ingredients Notes: 
8 medium potatoes Washed 
1/3 cup margarine 
1 cup low fat sharp cheese Grated
1 teaspoon paprika 
¼ teaspoon salt 
2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs

1Boil potatoes and peel. 
2When cooled, cut into long large pieces. 
3Arrange in single layer in sprayed baking dish. 
4Melt margarine and pour over the potatoes. 
5Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. 
6Bake at 400 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Internal temperature 135 F.
