Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

2 cucumbers | Washed, peeled and diced. |
12 cherry tomatoes | Washed and halved |
½ red onion | Washed, peeled and chopped |
2 cloves garlic | Washed, peeled and minced |
1 small can black olives | Drained and chopped |
1 ounce crumbled feta cheese | |
¼ cup low fat Italian-style salad dressing | |
1 lemon | Juiced |
½ teaspoon garlic powder | |
½ teaspoon ground black pepper |
