Sweet and Sour Cabbage

1 small head cabbage | Washed, cored and shredded. May be used with green or red cabbage. |

1 | In a large skillet, fry bacon and onion. Do not drain the grease. | |
2 | Add cornstarch, vinegar, and water. | |
