Garlic Curry Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder 
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 garlic clove (minced)Washed, peeled and minced
1 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup green onions (minced)Washed, trimmed and minced
1 teaspoons cilantro (dried)
2 tablespoons peeled fresh ginger (minced) or ½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder 
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

1In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
