Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups crushed no added salt tomatoes
1 cup water
4 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onionWashed, peeled and finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, peeledWashed, peeled and minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar

1In a large saucepan oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until onions are clear
2Stir in tomatoes, water, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
