Oven French Fried Potatoes

1Wash and scrub potatoes. 
2Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into strips. 
3Spread in a single later in a flat ovenproof dish. 
4Pour over melted margarine. 
5Stir them until coated.

7Drain on paper toweling. 
8Sprinkle with salt.
