Parsley Potatoes

8 medium potatoesWashed, peeled and cut up.
½ teaspoon salt 
3 tablespoons margarine 
¼ teaspoon pepper 
¼ cup parsley flakes

1Wash and pare potatoes. Cut into six sections. 
2In a medium saucepan, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. 
3Drain potatoes in a colander. 
4Season with salt, parsley, pepper and margarine.
