Broccoli and Sunflower Seeds Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups fresh broccoli florets Washed, trimmed and cut up
4 green onionsWashed, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cup dried cranberries 
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup sunflower kernels

1In a large bowl, combine broccoli, green onions and cranberries.
2In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar and sugar until blended; drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat.
3Refrigerate until serving.
4Sprinkle with sunflower kernels just before serving.
