Broccoli and Sunflower Seeds Salad

| 4 green onions | Washed, peeled and thinly sliced |
| ¼ cup dried cranberries | |
| 2 tablespoons oil | |
| 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar | |
| 1 tablespoon sugar | |
| 1/4 cup sunflower kernels |
