Creamy Cucumber Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cup  light sour cream or nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed(optional)
4 medium cucumbersWashed, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced
1 small onionPeeled, washed, thinly sliced, and separated into rings
1 teaspoon salt 
Dash of pepper

1Stir together sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dill weed if desired, salt and pepper.
2Add cucumber, and onion slices and toss to coat.  
3Cover and chill. Stir before serving.
