Three Bean Salad

| 1 ( 8) ounce can cut wax beans | Drained and rinsed (no added salt variety) |
| 1 (8) ounce can cut green beans | Drained and rinsed (no added salt variety) |
| 1 (8) ounce can red kidney beans | Drained and rinsed (no added salt variety) |
| 1/2 cup chopped onion | Washed, peeled and chopped |
| 1/2 cup chopped green pepper | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 1/2 cup vinegar | |
| 1/4 cup salad oil | |
| 3 tablespoons sugar | |
| 1 teaspoon celery seed | |
| ½ teaspoon salt | |
| 1 clove garlic | Washed, peeled and minced |
