Three Bean Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 ( 8) ounce can cut wax beansDrained and rinsed (no added salt variety)
1 (8) ounce can cut green beansDrained and rinsed (no added salt variety)
1 (8) ounce can red kidney beansDrained and rinsed (no added salt variety)
1/2 cup chopped onionWashed, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepperWashed, trimmed and chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup salad oil 
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon salt
1 clove garlicWashed, peeled and minced

1Combine wax beans, green beans, red kidney beans, onion, and green pepper.  
2For dressing, in small bowl combine vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed, salt and garlic. Add to beans.  
3Mix well.  Cover and chill.
