| 4 Cups of diced or cut up fresh, frozen, or canned fruit | Use any combination of your favorite fresh fruits in season. Two to six different types of fruit work best. Use different colors, textures, and shapes for more variety. Choose from: apples, apricots, grapes, grapefruit, pineapple, papaya, pears, peaches, prunes, tangerines, blueberries, cantaloupe, cherries, bananas, blackberries, raspberries, boysenberries, raisins, etc. Be creative. Wash all fruit. |
