Crab Sushi California Roll Bowl Alternate: Salmon Salad Sushi Bowl

Portion Size: 1 cup lettuce and ½ cup crab mixture

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups imitation crab (or Salmon)Minced
4 cups of cooked white riceSeparated, washed and torn into bite size pieces
3 oz. package Nori Seaweed sheets
4 cups cucumbersWashed, peeled and diced
1/2 cup Light mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon garlic powderWashed, deseed and diced
2 tablespoons catsupOptional
¼ teaspoon paprika
Siracha or hot sauce to taste.Optional
1 AvocadoOptional

1In a small bowl combine, mayonnaise, garlic, catsup, paprika and hot sauce. Chill. 
2Prepare rice according to the directions.(See recipe in cook book
3Crush seaweed sheets into small pieces. In a serving bowl, add rice. Top with crushed seaweed sheets. Add minced crab and cucumbers. Top with sauce. Serve cold.
