White Bean Stir Fry

Portion Size: 1 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cans no added salt white beansDrained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil 
4 cups stir fry vegetables.
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oilOptional
½ teaspoon ground gingerTo taste
½ teaspoon pepperTo taste
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. 
2Add vegetables and stir fry. Add beans, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, pepper, and brown sugar. Cook five minutes 
3Serve over rice.
