Chicken Parmesan

8 (3 oz.) Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
½ c. parmesan cheese
1-2 cups Italian seasoned or plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
½ t. garlic powder
½ c. milk
¼ c. melted margarine
Lightly pound chicken breasts into 1/4 inch thickness. Combine milk and margarine in a shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish combine bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese and garlic. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Dip chicken breast in milk mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Repeat with each breast and arrange 1 inch apart on baking dish. Bake 350 degree for 30-35 minutes. Internal Temperature should be 170 degrees.
