Chicken Parmesan

| 8 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves | |
| ½ cup parmesan cheese | |
| 1-2 cups Italian seasoned or plain dry breadcrumbs | |
| 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley | Wash, trim and chop |
| ½ teaspoon garlic powder | |
| ½ cup nonfat milk | |
| ¼ cup olive oil |

| 1 | Lightly pound chicken breasts into ¼-inch thickness. | |
| 2 | Combine milk and oil in a shallow dish. | |
| 3 | In a separate shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese and garlic. | |
| 4 | Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. | |
| 5 | Dip chicken breast in milk mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Repeat with each breast and arrange 1 inch apart on baking dish. | |
| 6 | Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. | Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. |
