Crab Salad with Thousand Island dressing
Portion Size: 1 cup lettuce and ½ cup crab mixture

8 Cups of lettuce | Separated, washed and torn into bite size pieces |
1/4 Cup onion | Washed, peeled and minced |
1 Medium avocado | (optional) Washed, peeled and diced |
1/2 Cup lowfat Thousand Island dressing | * See recipe in cook book |
3 Tomatoes | Washed, deseed and diced |
1/4 Cup slivered unsalted almonds | Optional |
