Parsley Potatoes

8 medium potatoes | Washed, peeled and cut up. |
½ teaspoon salt | |
3 tablespoons margarine | |
¼ teaspoon pepper | |
¼ cup parsley flakes |

1 | Wash and pare potatoes. Cut into six sections. | |
2 | In a medium saucepan, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. | |
3 | Drain potatoes in a colander. | |
4 | Season with salt, parsley, pepper and margarine. |
