Salmon Salad

Portion Size: 1/3 cup  

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups canned salmonDrained, water packed
2 cups diced celery or cucumberWashed, trimmed and diced
1/4 cup onionWashed, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon chives or parsleyMay use dried or fresh. 
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
Lettuce and tomato (optional)Washed, trimmed and sliced 


Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Mix ingredients  in a large bowl.  Scoop 1/3 cup on plate.Keep chilled until ready to serve
2Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes
