Scalloped Potatoes

| 8 medium potatoes | Washed, peeled and sliced |
| 2 tablespoons flour | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ teaspoon pepper | |
| 3 tablespoon margarine | |
| 2 cups nonfat milk | Scalded |
| ¾ cup reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese | Shredded |

| 1 | Layer about 1/3 of the potatoes in a baking dish. | |
| 2 | Combine flour, salt and pepper in a cup. | |
| 3 | Sprinkle about half of mixture over potatoes. | |
| 4 | Repeat layers of potatoes and mixture, ending with potatoes on top. Dot with margarine. Pour over scalded milk over potatoes. | |
| 5 | Cover and bake in 375 degree F oven for 45 minutes. | |
| 6 | Uncover, sprinkle cheese evenly over top. | |
| 7 | Bake uncovered, 15 minutes or until tender. | Internal temperature 165 F. |
