Tuna and White Bean Salad or Salmon and White Bean Salad

| 1 yellow bell pepper | Washed, seeded and diced |
| 1/4 cup red onion | Washed, peeled and diced |
| 3 cups tuna (or salmon) | Use water packed, drained |
| 2 cup white beans | Drained and rinsed |
| 8 cups butter lettuce | Washed and chopped |
| 2 tablespoons capers | Drained |
| 1 tablespoon parsley flakes | |
| 1/4 cup white wine vinegar | |
| 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| 1 pinch ground black pepper |
