Tuna or Salmon Burger

Portion Size: 1 Hamburger 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups tuna, (or canned Salmon)Water packed drained 
1 cup chopped celeryWashed, trimmed and chopped 
1 small onionWashed, peeled and minced
½ cup chopped ripe olives
½ cup light mayonnaise
8 oz. low fat Cheddar or Swiss cheese
8 whole hamburger bunsMay use whole wheat

1Mix together tuna, celery, onion, olives, and mayonnaise
2Top each bun with tuna mixture and shredded cheese
3Wrap in foil; bake in a 275 degree oven for 30 minutes
