Tuna Tortilla Wrap

½ cup celery | Washed, trimmed and minced |
1/4 cup onion | Washed, peeled and minced |
1 tablespoon pickle relish | |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise | |
1 cup spinach leaves | Washed, trimmed and shredded |
½ cup diced tomatoes | Washed, trimmed and diced |
1 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese | |
8 tortillas |

1 | Combine tuna, celery, onion, pickle relish and mayonnaise in a small bowl. | |
2 | Spread each tortilla tuna mixture. | |
