Tuna Tortilla Wrap

| 3 cups canned tuna | Drained, water packed |
| ½ cup celery | Washed, trimmed and minced |
| 1/4 cup onion | Washed, peeled and minced |
| 1 tablespoon pickle relish | |
| 1/2 cup light mayonnaise | |
| 1 cup spinach leaves | Washed, trimmed and shredded |
| ½ cup diced tomatoes | Washed, trimmed and diced |
| 1 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese | |
| 8 tortillas |

| 1 | Combine tuna, celery, onion, pickle relish and mayonnaise in a small bowl. | |
