Tuna Tortilla Wrap

Portion Size: 1/3 cup 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups canned tuna Drained, water packed
½ cup celeryWashed, trimmed and minced
1/4 cup onionWashed, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup spinach leavesWashed, trimmed and shredded
½ cup diced tomatoes Washed, trimmed and diced
1 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese
8 tortillas

1Combine tuna, celery, onion, pickle relish and mayonnaise  in a small bowl.
2Spread each tortilla tuna mixture.
3Top with spinach, tomato and cheese. 
4Roll up tight and cover each with plastic wrap.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
