Macaroni Salad

8 oz. macaroni ringsCooked, drained and chilled. May use whole wheat
1 ¼ cup celeryWashed and minced
8 oz. frozen green peas Thawed
1 ½ cups light mayonnaise 
½ cup nonfat milk 
2 tablespoons vinegar 
2 tablespoons lemon juice 
2 tablespoons sugar 
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 
1 onionWashed, peeled and grated
¼ teaspoon pepper 
¼ teaspoon paprika 
1/8 teaspoon celery salt 
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

1Combine mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, Dijon mustard, onion, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 
2Pour over the cooked macaroni rings, celery and peas. 
3Mix well. Chill.
