Mashed Potatoes

8 medium potatoesWashed, peeled and cut up. 
½ teaspoon salt 
½ cup nonfat milk 
3 tablespoons margarine 
¼ teaspoon pepper

1Wash and pare potatoes. 
2Cut into six sections. 
3In a medium saucepan, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. 
4Drain potatoes in a colander. 
5Return the potatoes to the saucepan and with potato masher mash until no lumps remain. 
6Add salt, milk, pepper and margarine. 
7Mash until light and fluffy.
