Parsley Potatoes

| 8 medium potatoes | Washed, peeled and cut up. |

| ¼ teaspoon pepper | |
| ¼ cup parsley flakes |

| 1 | Wash and pare potatoes. Cut into six sections. | |
| 2 | In a medium saucepan, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. | |

| 4 | Season with salt, parsley, pepper and margarine. |
