3 tomatoes | Washed, seeded and diced |
3 stalks celery, chopped | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
3 cups canned tuna (or salmon) | Use water packed. |
1cup light mayonnaise | |
1 teaspoon salt | |
1 pinch ground black pepper |

1 | In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain | |
2 | In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, tomatoes, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, celery and tuna. | |
