Tuna or Salmon Burger
Portion Size: 1 Hamburger

3 cups tuna, (or canned Salmon) | Water packed drained |
1 cup chopped celery | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
1 small onion | Washed, peeled and minced |
½ cup chopped ripe olives | |
½ cup light mayonnaise | |
8 oz. low fat Cheddar or Swiss cheese | |
8 whole hamburger buns | May use whole wheat |

1 | Mix together tuna, celery, onion, olives, and mayonnaise | |
2 | Top each bun with tuna mixture and shredded cheese | |
3 | Wrap in foil; bake in a 275 degree oven for 30 minutes |
